New 'Hunger Games' Trailer Released

Yesterday, Yahoo! Movies surprised the internet with the new Hunger Games trailer that was expected to premiere during the Super Bowl. (Sorry for the late post) Watch the new clip after the jump.


The new trailer is about 90 seconds shorter than the very first one, and its premiere date is incredibly ironic, to me at least. Literally hours before the trailer surfaced, I was whining about how there needed to be another trailer in order to complete promotion for Hunger Games and to provide more insight into what, exactly, the film would look like.

• It can now be confirmed that Madge Undersee really, truly will not be in the film; Katniss is seen giving Prim the Mockingjay pin
• A deeper look at Caeser Flickerman's interview with Katniss and Peeta

• A tiny bit more dialogue from Effie Trinket
